With super-charged synths and immediate hooks, Josef Salvat debuts his latest single I’m Sorry.
The Australian talent shares: “Been waiting for you to hear this for the longest time. When @moodyslowchords and I wrote this song I was 25 and it was the first time I’d ever written a song with anyone else. I’ve never stopped loving it. Last year @jarlyjarly took it spun it into what it you hear today. Dance it away people.”
Josef croons “I’m sorry / for failing / Sorry for breaking all my promises / How did it come to this…” against electric production from Swedish songwriter and producer Jarly. Justin Parker co-writes I’m Sorry which is expected to feature on a third album from Josef – following his 2020 LP modern anxiety.
Josef accompanies the new single with a Joel Barney directed video which sees the handsome star dancing around an abandoned warehouse. You can see the Pierre et Gilles inspired single art below too.
