Helene Fischer remains one of Germany’s most beloved pop stars – blending schlager music with high camp entertainment spectacle. She’s recently released cover/duets album Die Helene Fischer Show featuring collaborations with music talents from across the globe – yet now focusses on original music with new single Vamos a Marte.
Vamos a Marte is a collaboration with Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi and translates as Let’s Go to Mars. It’s a synth-packed, high energy treat with Helene belting against lush exuberant schlager synths and a clap along pre-chorus. Helene serves as co-writer and co-producer of the track which is likely to feature on an upcoming studio album from the German songstress.
Helene also releases the stripped down Bachata version which you can listen to here.
