Monét X Change showcases an impressive new side to her musical projects with new single Love Like This. The track, a tropical reggae flavoured jam sees Monét team-up with producer Alx Stefano and co-write alongside Cannon Mapp and Eritza Laues.
With a shimmering Caribbean flavoured music video directed by Assaad Yacoub, Monét crafts a breezy escapist fantasy. A woozy chorus with the hooky lines “Say you never knew a lovе like this / No, you never knеw a love like this…” helps the track shine as Monét’s strongest yet.
Hopefully Monét stays within the world of queer reggae for a few more singles as this is a delightful slice of tropical paradise. Stream the video above.
