Jessie Ware has announced the re-release of her career best album What’s Your Pleasure? The sleek contemporary disco album featured anthems such as Remember Where You Are and Adore You, but now gains a further eight tracks in a 11th of June-bound re-release dubbed The Platinum Pleasure.
Spearheaded by new single, Please, written by Danny Parker, James Ford, Shungudzo Kuyimba and Jessie – also produced by James – The Platinum Pleasure also includes new tracks Hot and Heavy, Eyes Closed and a remix of Adore You. Eight new tracks a little more generous than the average re-release, so we are very much here for this. With regards to the new single Please, the singer notes: “It’s fun, flirtatious, and a song that feels like we are getting closer to those moments of meeting up, talking, touching and kissing.”
Jessie will be embarking on a UK tour this December. There are also rumblings that she has recorded a duet with Kylie Minogue, expected to feature on a potential re-issue of Kylie’s Disco album later in the year.
