The Hills: New Beginnings was one our reality television treats of 2019 and it has been a long wait for the second season of the MTV rebooted series. Thankfully we now have a premiere date for season two, May 12th at 9/8c on MTV and a trailer that gives us a taster of what Brody Jenner, Heidi and Spencer Pratt and new returnee Kristin Cavallari have been up to over the past two years.
The official press release notes: “The Hills: New Beginnings follows many original cast members, plus a few new faces, as they return to l.a. to reconcile the past, face former flames, pursue careers and form new bonds.”
The trailer touches upon Brody’s split with partner Kaitlynn and Heidi and Spencer’s discussion of a new child. However, missing from the action is the first season’s curious addition of Mischa Barton and Stephanie Pratt who do not return.
