Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo Lead The High Camp ‘Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar’ Trailer Ahead of February 12th Release

Kristen Wiig has done an impressive job at balancing her mainstream comedy/drama roles with more obscure comic indies – for every Wonder Woman 1984 and Ghostbusters, we have multiple quirky gems such as Spoils of Babylon and Welcome to Me. Fitting more into the latter camp is the undeniably… camp Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar which arrives on VOD on February 12th. Check out the official synopsis below:

“Take a trip and break out of your shell with Barb and Star.  From the gals who brought you Bridesmaids (co-stars and co-writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo) comes BARB & STAR GO TO VISTA DEL MAR. Lifelong friends Barb and Star embark on the adventure of a lifetime when they decide to leave their small Midwestern town for the first time…ever. We’re getting US Kath and Kim vibes from the quirky kitsch of the trailer (and we’re not talking the Molly Shannon/Selma Blair version). As well as high camp comic turns from Wiig and co-star/writer Mumolo, we also have the joys of Jamie Dornan and Damon Wayans to enjoy.
