New music from Sarah Dawn Finer is always exciting and the Swedish singer-songwriter does not disappoint with her new release Be Gentle. The gorgeous haunting piano ballad is set to feature on Sarah’s upcoming EP Songs for Comfort – due February 4th.
Sarah notes: “Songs for Comfort the themed EP with covers and this original song, made with Erik Arvinder and Samuel Starck, recorded with only keys and a string quartet, will be out February 4th.”
Be Gentle is written by Sarah, featuring music from Stefan Örn and Johan Kronlund. It sees the songstress sing “Baby, be gentle with me, I’m scattered like pieces of glass, Baby, be gentle with me, I’m breaking away from the past,” against beautifully haunting piano melodies capturing the healing power of love.
Sarah adds: “This Sunday 31/1 – you can hear me, Erik Arvinder and Samuel Starck, perform that and another song from the EP in a downscaled version LIVE on @nyhetsmorgon on TV4.”
