Norwegian emerging artist Daniel Owen will compete in Norway’s Melodi Grand Prix this weekend with his freshly-released track Psycho. The twenty-one year old singer and dancer from Oslo notes that “The R&B genre has been close to me by heart since forever and now I’m taking it into my own music.”
These R&B sounds can be heard in Psycho in production from Jørgen Troøyen, Leif Inge Fosen & Thomas Eide. Daniel’s vocals are engaging and charismatic as he sings “Psycho, never thought you would make me a psycho, You making me go loco, psycho” in the catchy earworming chorus. The track sees Daniel sing about being so captivated by someone that you become truly infatuated.
