We recently posted the news about Kenny Rogers’ latest studio album which features a duet with the country singer’s long time friend and often collaborator Dolly Parton. The pair have now released an official video for their latest classic You Can’t Make Old Friends.
The opening sees Kenny and Dolly discuss the magic of Islands in the Stream and their continuing friendship before the touching new ballad begins. The track has a similar sound to Kenny’s 2006 album Water and Bridges – filled with heartfelt lyrics and a the gorgeous blend of both singer’s distinctive and charismatic country vocals.
You can download You Can’t Make Old Friends on iTunes now, with the album to follow on October the 8th.
