Kylie is wasting no time with her Disco album campaign, releasing her latest single from the album Magic – as well as its official Sophie Muller directed video. The track continues sonically on a similar path to previous single Say Something – its ethereal space-disco delivering silky escapist dancefloor grooves.
“You got me started, Aint nothing on earth can stop it, It’s crazy, I’m falling I don’t know what else to call it, Oh do you believe in magic” the Australian pop icon sings on Magic which is written by Kylie, Michelle Buzz, Daniel Heløy Davidsen, Peter Wallevik, and Teemu Brunila. Whilst its not the big bombastic pop anthem we were expecting, Magic is an enjoyable slice of contemporary disco from Kylie.
The video sees Kylie in a decadent golden Paco Rabann dress as she sits atop a leopard adorned throne in a nightclub. As the track hits full nu-disco swing, we see Kylie join the party for a trippy disco alongside some kaleidoscopic figures.
Disco will be arriving November 6th. Check out all the details and formats available here.
