Drag star Courtney Act has been making herself at home in Great Britain after two stellar runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, hosting E!’s The Bi Life, an upcoming Christmas television special, and a winning performance on the recently departed Celebrity Big Brother. She returns to her music roots with brand new single Fight for this Love.
Act has released numerous singles and EPs pre and post-Drag Race – with her most recently release prior to the new track being joint album with drag colleagues Alaska and Willam, Access All Areas in 2017, preceded by solo EP Kaleidoscope in 2015. Act is an undeniably talented songstress, and its a real treat that she is releasing music again.
Fight for Love also doubles as Act’s entry for Australia’s Eurovision Song Contest selection programme. Fingers crossed it does the job.
