Italian pop star AIELLO has released a Mediterranean slice of pop music in new single ‘VIENIMI (a ballare)’ which translates as COME TO ME (to dance). Infused with an innovative mix of instrumentation combining electronic production with inviting strings and transporting wind instrumentation, VIENIMI (a ballare) asserts AIELLO as an exciting musical force to be reckoned with.
A video directed by Giulio Rosati featuring a shirtless AIELLO, streetstyle urban fashions, a mix of Italian urban and beach locations, and wait for it… male mermaids, has us truly enchanted. Both the video and the music combine to create a full-on Summer bop.
AIELLO released his debut album EX VOTO in 2019 through Sony Music. The album spawned four singles including COME STAI, HI-HELLO, ARSENICO, and LA MIA ULTIMA STORIA. VIENIMI (a ballare) does not feature on AIELLO’s 2019 album and is thought to be the first taste of his sophomore album.
