Sneaking onto BBC iPlayer and World of Wonder’s WOW Presents app is The Vivienne Takes On Hollywood. The debut series from the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK debuted on Thursday the 9th of April and will continue to appear on the streaming services in 15 minute bursts each week.
The official synopsis of episode one notes: “As soon as The Vivienne arrives in Hollywood, the camera crew starts rolling and she quickly gets started on… the “making of” her music video. First, let’s get these pipes warmed up with Tony-award winner and singer, Marissa Jaret Winokur. Viv and Marissa meet at a piano bar to start practising The Viv’s vocals for her new hot single.”
The series looks set to feature the likes of Marissa Jaret Winokur, Daniel Franzese, Bruce Vilanch, choreographer Mark Kanemura, and special guest Chad Michaels.
